I'm of course a big fan of @leo.voter -- Steemleo's voting account that pays delegators in LEO tokens.. but I'm incredibly bias, so take my opinion with a grain of salt ;)

I'll have to create a full document and publish it to Steemleo.com. I'll try to work on that tomorrow.
For now, @leo.voter is pretty simple -- it works on our Proof of Delegation system and distributes LEO tokens to delegators at a 16-18% APR based on the amount of STEEM POWER delegated to it.
