RE: Dcity Helper #005: How to earn 928% APR on art gallery's and get a share of art auctions at the same time.

Hi there I'm desperate for any help in my third world South African dCity lol. I am possibly the poorest city in the game. I also make art so would like to turn my art into a NFT. Can such a thing be done for a piece of art on a A3 size page on hard copy paper, not digital?
