HBDs are finally trading over a dollar

HIVE users could use a nice gift, and HBDs trading over a dollar are certainly a nice gift.

Plus, it may end up benefiting the price of HIVE as well.

Not only is the price over a dollar on Upbit like it always is, but this is one of the few times I've seen it over a dollar on bittrex as well.

Who knows if this ends up holding or not, but back when SBDs went over a dollar on STEEM it also eventually pulled the price of STEEM up as well.

I'd argue that the best way to pump HIVE is to pump HBDs, though the hardcore HIVE users will tell me we must have HBDs pegged to a dollar.

My response to that is sure in perfect world, though they have traded under a dollar pretty much ever since existence. It's ok for them to trade at $.93 but not at $1.07 (sarcasm).

Lets let em do their thing for a bit here. It's a good way to encourage more users as well with the beefed up rewards.

This is why we should get rid off HBD...Have never seen a stable coin as unstable as SBD and HBD...that's a joke...wonder who buys something even for $1.01 when the price should be exactly $1...let alone for $1.13+

This peg is crap. Were you on Steem at the beginning of 2017 by the way? Did SBD first pump and STEEM followed back then as well?

SBD pumps tended to pull up the price of STEEM, yes.
