Nice to see those goals set and some of them already reached, I am also target driven and that keeps me focused and motivated. Great to see also that you've diversified your portfolio and set specific goals to each of one. Another important aspect are the followers, which I take a peak to from time to time.

It works for me, so I'm not changing it... Like you said, keeping the focus and working toward the goal!
I have to admit that I was struggling with followers in the beginning... I came to the blockchain relatively late (a bit less than 2 years ago), and all others had 4-5K followers from that crazy bull run... And I was adding mine one by one... :) But, on the other side, it's just a number... I like that most of them are active, and I see them in the comments... ;)
