Adzira sat motionless as tears streamed down her cheeks.
It was her fifth rejection. Why am I so dark?
"Never grumble over your lot, dark or fair, all are beautiful & the right one will adore you,"
her late mother's words embraced her.
She then smiled, knowing she'd be alright.
