How do you find working with others regularly? I know artists who stupid struggle to not be in full control of the entire piece.

I actually like working with others, especially those I can learn from though Of course, having my own piece that I can get lost in is my favourite.
I'll happily do both and in this type of work, it can be very important on the big jobs.
