A relaxing pattern of bubbles and a reminder of fun childhood memories. I played around with purples and greens for a more mysterious effect. This is a part of my series of 30min sketches - #12

This one was incredibly relaxing to draw and 30min passed in a blink of an eye. I worked this same as the skulls and spider eyes sketch, where I drew one item and then transformed the rest. After placing the bubbles, I worked on making each one slightly different. Also I used color (purple/green) and value/brightness contrast to make the drawing more interesting and stand out more.

I actually started drawing the first bubble with a soft fluffy brush, but I realized I prefered to have some consistency with my previous sketches. In the end the sharp look actually saved me time, since I didn't have to worry about blending too much.
