Yes we as kids had it made and never knew it. Makes one realize the meaning of the phrase "Youth is wasted on the young." Oh to go back to those days! I know I would love to relive them again.

Oh, yes! If only, right? Would I do the same things over? Date the same? Make the same mistakes or correct them and change history?

I'm thinking that sounds like dangerous territory. Let's say we kick back and enjoy the good old day instead of trying to change history!

I remember my friend saying the best times were when actually when we were still studying and the only problem then was money. The sea side would be a nice visit but I hope to be able to go the parks and gardens and see some flowers like @dswigle.

Haha! Isn't that the truth, Ace! @ace108 I am not going to the parks yet, they were closed. This is my neighborhood, which we are allowed to walk, keeping social distancing, and wearing a mask if we are not. I hope your time comes soon.

Did I hear they partly shut down Bejing from COVID?

I think people still go out and walk but not as far as before.
I remember some about a new outbreak cluster in Beijing but not sure the details.
