Meet me again, and this time I will share some of my experiences, where my experiences have become a problem in my daily life and it repeats itself every day, so please read it, friends, so that we can all avoid the problem that I am facing.

Why I can't sleep at night ?

In the last few months it has been very difficult for me to sleep soundly at night, for some reason I always can't close my eyes, and this has been happening for the last few months and until now I haven't gotten a solution or I've gotten a solution but it only lasts for 1 even just two days and after that it was like before.

And when I can't sleep well at night, it will be difficult for me to wake up in the morning, where in the morning I usually always do my activities, be it reading, looking after my own coffee shop or even light exercise like jogging, but all of that is already difficult. I did it since I could no longer sleep soundly at night.

and after I explored several things that made me unable to close my eyes at night, I often drank coffee at night at 10 pm, be it sachet coffee or espresso coffee, and this has become my habit at night, so the effect is very big where we are so ready to sleep. So for now I have started to drink less coffee at night so that I can sleep better and wake up early as usual.

And I also found several tricks and tips to be able to sleep quickly at night and I have tried these tricks and I think they are very effective to try. The first is that I have to do exercise in the afternoon. With exercise our bodies will feel tired at night so we will quickly feel sleepy so if we lie down in bed we will immediately disappear. Then the second is to consume lots of water. By drinking lots of water we can be healthier and find it easier to sleep at night.

So this is all the problem I'm facing at the moment, so for all my friends, keep exercising as usual and drink lots of water so that our bodies are lighter and healthier. I have the same problem with sleeping it really makes me annoyed whenever I don’t get enough time to sleep.

Yes that's right sis.. But now i always to do gym or other sport in the afternoon. It help me to sleep fast
