Hoy día es muy fácil explicar ciertas peculiaridades de nuestras vidas sobre todo la forma que percibimos nuestro entorno, el que muchas veces moldeamos sin darnos cuenta de cómo lo hacemos y lo que realmente deseamos…

Nowadays it is very easy to explain certain peculiarities of our lives; especially the way we perceive our environment, which we often shape without realizing how we do it and what we really want...

Nuestra imaginación parece fácilmente controlable por nosotros mismos, ¿pero en realidad es así? Muchas veces creamos todo un universo de caos para habitarlo y termina siendo tan pequeño que solo nosotros vivimos en él. Recuerdos de momentos desagradables, angustias y malos presentimientos constantes, los envolvemos en un bucle para repetirlos una y otras ves hasta convertirlos en abismos por los que caemos sin descanso. Siendo todo esto algo que realmente no existe o que puede ser minimizado con el tiempo y voluntad propia.

Our imagination seems easily controllable by ourselves, but is it really so? Many times we create a whole universe of chaos to inhabit it and it ends up being so small that only we live in it. Memories of unpleasant moments anguish and constant bad feelings, we wrap them in a loop to repeat them over and over again until they become abysses through which we fall without rest. All this being something that does not really exist or that can be minimized with time and own will.

En alguna ocasión leí una frase que decía algo como esto: “No harían falta médicos para la salud mental si las personas siguieran este simple consejo; destruya todo pensamiento o recuerdos tristes y negativos antes de que comiencen habitar en su mente”.

I once read a phrase that went something like this: “Mental health doctors wouldn't be needed if people followed this simple advice; destroy any sad and negative thoughts or memories before they begin to inhabit your mind".
