Rich beef tongue grill

Saludos amigos de esta gran comunidad, hoy compartiré con ustedes una rica parilla con un tipo de carne que pertenece a las viseras del ganado, La verdad esta carne es súper blandita y la he preparado muchas veces en salsa, con papa y hasta zanahoria. En esta oportunidad quise realizarla tipo parrilla y la verdad me encanto el resultado. Hoy tuve a mis sobrinas en casa, y compartí con ellas esta parrilla, que al comer no sabían qué tipo de carne era. Si les digo que era lengua; de seguro no se la comen. El sabor quedo muy bueno y la consistencia de la carne es muy buena.

Para realizar esta parrilla, utilice, aliños como ajo, cebolla, cilantro, cebollín y aji. Por otro lado compre 1 ½ kilo de yuca, repollo y zanahoria.

This time I wanted to do a grill type and I really loved the result.
Today I had my nieces at home, and I shared this grill with them, they did not know what kind of meat it was when they ate. If I tell you that it was language; they sure don't eat it. The flavor is very good and the consistency of the meat is very good.
To make this grill, use seasonings such as garlic, onion, coriander, chives and chili. On the other hand, buy 1 ½ kilo of cassava, cabbage and carrots.

Generalmente cuando realizo parrilla siempre adobo la carne realizando un preparado con los aliños y coloco sal. Siempre lo dejo un rato para que tome el sabor de estos aliños. Aquí le agregue a la lengua ya cortada.

Generally when I grill I always marinate the meat making a preparation with the dressings and add salt. I always leave it for a while to get the flavor of these dressings. Here I add to the already cut tongue.

Después lleve a cocinar en la parrilla, y se cocina en 8 minutos, súper rápido porque la carne esta previamente sancochada. Espere a que se doraran y saque.

Then cook on the grill, and it cooks in 8 minutes, super fast because the meat is previously parboiled. Wait for them to brown and remove.

Tuve que realizar trozos de muslo de pollo, porque mis hijos si no comen esta carne.

I had to make pieces of chicken thigh, because my children do not eat this meat.

Para acompañar, sancoche yuca y la corte en pequeños trozos para que me pudiera alcanzar para todos.

Realice una rica ensalada de repollo, zanahoria rallada, cilantro, sal y azúcar. Me encanta esta ensalada dulce.

Con poco podemos hacer mucho; generalmente las parrillas se realizan con carne de solomo; pero me arriesgue realizar con lengua y me encanto como quedo. Este fue mi almuerzo hoy,
