Hoy compartiré con ustedes una comida que es muy común en su consumo en mi país, y esto son los granos negros o caraota. Este grano posee gran potencial vitamínico en hierro. En mi hogar la consumimos mucho y a mis hijos les encanta. Si estos granos son blanditos es mucho mejor ya que quedan súper buenos. Cada persona tiene su estilo al cocinar este tipo de grano, creo depende mucho de la región de donde se realice; me refiero a que hay muchos que la comen con azúcar. Bueno es cuestión de gusto.

Today I will share with you a food that is very common in consumption in my country, and this is black beans or caraota. This grain has great vitamin potential in iron. In my home we consume it a lot and my children love it. If these grains are soft, it is much better since they are super good.
Each person has their style when cooking this type of grain, I think it depends a lot on the region where it is made; I mean there are many who eat it with sugar. Well it's a matter of taste.

Considero esta una de mis comidas favoritas y aquí te mostrare como preparo mis granos negros, que acompañe con pasta pluma. Realmente los granos me encantan es con pasta. Lo demás que cocino lo acompaño con arroz.

I consider this one of my favorite foods and here I will show you how I prepare my black beans, which I accompany with feather pasta. I really love grains with pasta. The rest that I cook I accompany it with rice.

Para empezar la preparación, primero escojo las caraota, grano a grano, para sacarles cualquier sucio que puedan tener; además de sacar algún grano que no esté bueno. Después de esto las lavo y las coloco en una olla con suficiente agua.

To begin the preparation, I first choose the beans, grain by grain, to remove any dirt they may have; in addition to removing any grain that is not good. After this I wash them and place them in a pot with enough water.

Estos granos que realizó hoy, les cuento que son súper blanditos en menos de dos horas ya estaban súper blanditos.
Procedí a buscar mis aliños, dentro de ellos están el cebollín, ají, cebolla, ajo y cilantro. Con esto siempre aliños mis granos.

These beans that you made today, I tell you that they are super soft in less than two hours they were already super soft.
I proceeded to look for my dressings, within them are chives, chili, onion, garlic and coriander. With this I always dress my beans.

Coloque a sofreír los aliños y luego agregue a los granos. Hay dejo a que se cocines muy bien y de esta manera ya tengo listo mis granos negros.

Sauté the dressings and then add to the beans. There I leave them to cook very well and in this way I already have my black beans ready.
