Where were you born? Where is your home? Where are you going? What are you doing?
Quizás hay muchas personas como yo, que al intentar describirse se encontraron con una interesante incógnita, porque aunque no lo creamos, es difícil definirse dejando de lado todos los sesgos que rodean la percepción que tenemos sobre nosotros mismos.
Maybe there are many people like me that when trying to describe themselves they found an interesting unknown, because even if we don't believe it, it is difficult to define ourselves leaving aside all the biases that surround the perception we have about ourselves.
Quizás tu tengas ese increíble poder de describir en pocas palabras la complejidad de tu mundo, déjame decirte que yo no cuento con ese increíble poder, pero hare lo posible de mostrarte un poco o quizás lo más importante sobre mí, espero te guste.
Maybe you have that incredible power to describe in a few words the complexity of your world, let me tell you that I don't have that incredible power, but I will do my best to show you a little or maybe the most important thing about me, I hope you like it.
Mi nombre es Asdrúbal Espejo y tengo 16 años, nací en Venezuela – Zulia y soy amante de la salud mezclándola con un toque de filosofía, también soy amante los deportes y la naturaleza. No me considero totalitario, en el sentido de que no es única mi posición reflexiva sobre mi entorno, estas pueden cambiar, obviamente sin ir en contra a mis virtudes las cuales están es definición y ajuste.
My name is Asdrubal Espejo and I am 16 years old, I was born in Venezuela - Zulia and I am a lover of health mixed with a touch of philosophy, I am also a lover of sports and nature. I do not consider myself a totalitarian, in the sense that my reflective position on my environment is not unique, these can change, obviously without going against my virtues which are definition and adjustment.
Hace un poco más de un año descubrí mi amor por la salud, lo cual me dio cierto grado de tranquilidad, debido a que me ayudo a definir muchos de los parámetros por los cuales me voy a guiar, antes de ello, por decirlo da alguna manera, era como caminar a ciegas, lo cual generaba en mí cierto grado de ansiedad, pero poco a poco fui conociendo sobre el increíble mundo de la biología, esto inició en el momento que empecé a criar animales (cabras y ovejos).
A little over a year ago I discovered my love for health, which gave me a certain degree of tranquility, because it helped me to define many of the parameters by which I will be guided, before that, to say it somehow, it was like walking blindly, which generated in me a certain degree of anxiety, but little by little I learned about the incredible world of biology, this began at the time I started raising animals (goats and sheep).
La cría de animales fue un pequeño emprendimiento familiar, el cual lastimosamente no se concreto. Luego de eso me encontré con ciertos problemas de salud los cuales ya había presentado algunos años antes, esto hizo que me enfocara en mejorar mi calidad de vida, lo cual ciertamente conseguí, al igual que conseguí una forma de quitarme la venda que me hacia caminar a ciegas.
Animal husbandry was a small family venture, which unfortunately did not materialize. After that I found myself with certain health problems which I had already presented some years before, this made me focus on improving my quality of life, which I certainly achieved, as well as I got a way to remove the blindfold that made me walk blindly.
Mi enfoque en la salud es ayudar a las personas a estar es las mejores condiciones posibles, saliéndome un poco de la medicina tradicional, que busca subsanar las enfermedades que ya están presentes, en mis pensamientos se encuentra superar esa barre y otorgarle la posibilidad a cada persona de cumplir con los requerimientos básicos y necesarios para escalar su propio monte Everest.
My focus in health is to help people to be in the best possible conditions, leaving a little of the traditional medicine, which seeks to remedy the diseases that are already present, in my thoughts is to overcome that bar and give the possibility to each person to meet the basic requirements and necessary to climb their own Mount Everest.
Se que esto suena un poco trillado y no sé qué tan sesgada está mi autoevaluación, quizás las condiciones que colocó son las condiciones ideales y no son las reales, pero si se que estos son los parámetros por los cuales yo me guiaré hasta los momentos.
I know this sounds a little trite and I do not know how biased my self-assessment is, perhaps the conditions I have placed are the ideal conditions and are not the real ones, but I do know that these are the parameters by which I will be guided until now.
