I have rented a place for Hiragana Sushi || Un local para mi negocio
Cuando soñamos en grande suceden cosas mágicas y maravillosas. Ese es el caso con mi emprendimiento el cuál ya les he comentado por aquí en el blog, pero si aún no lo conoces, se trata de mi delivery de comida asiática, para ser más específica de sushi.
Comenzó como una idea que poco a poco se fue materializando, entre elegir un nombre, un logo, armar una buena carta e invertir un poco en el. Algo bastante pequeño que mantuve en casa, sacaba los pedidos desde mi cocina y atendía yo misma a los clientes.
Hace algunas semanas logramos concretar nuestro primer contrato con un aplicativo de delivery llamada PedidosYa, uno de los mejores en Latinoamérica. Fue un paso bastante grande que me brindó una alegría inmensa, sin embargo continúe trabajando desde mi casa, hasta ésta semana.
¡HE ALQUILADO UN LOCAL!
When we dream big, magical and wonderful things happen. That's the case with my venture which I've already told you about here on the blog, but if you don't know it yet, it's about my Asian food delivery, to be more specific about sushi.
It started as an idea that gradually materialized, between choosing a name, a logo, putting together a good menu and investing a little in it. Something quite small that I kept at home, I took the orders from my kitchen and served the customers myself.
A few weeks ago we managed to sign our first contract with a delivery application called PedidosYa, one of the best in Latin America. It was a big step that brought me immense joy, but I continued working from home until this week.
I HAVE RENTED A PLACE!
Anteriormente era una peluquería, cuando llegué al lugar los típicos vidrios de salón estaban sin poner, así que me tocaba pagar a mí esa mano de obra, sin embargo no dude en hacerlo y pusieron nuevas puertas de vidrios.
Es un local pequeño, pero es suficiente espacio para poder trabajar un delivery con comodidad, además de que se pondrá una pequeña barra de máximo 4 personas para atender al público (aunque sea sólo un poco).
Gracias a HIVE pude invertir en las remodelaciones del local, es decir, compré pinturas y todo los utensilios necesarios para poder trabajarlo como una nevera, mesas de trabajo, una cocina nueva, etc.
Previously it was a hairdressing salon, when I arrived at the place the typical salon glasses were not put, so I had to pay me that labor, however I did not hesitate to do it and put new glass doors.
It is a small place, but it is enough space to be able to work a delivery with comfort, plus there will be a small bar with a maximum of 4 people to serve the public (even if it is only a little).
Thanks to HIVE I was able to invest in the remodeling of the place, that is to say, I bought paint and all the necessary tools to be able to work in it, such as a refrigerator, work tables, a new kitchen, etc.
También hemos colocado el internet para poder tener acceso a la plataforma de pedidos.
Estoy muy feliz, todos estos días he estado arreglando, pintando y limpiando el local, que realmente le hacía mucha falta. Aún hay cosas que vienen en camino, como lo es la instalación de la barra para el público, pero hoy quiero mostrarles todo lo que he avanzado en estos días. Es por ello que he desaparecido un poco de HIVE.
We have also set up the internet so that we can have access to the ordering platform.
I am very happy, all these days I have been fixing, painting and cleaning the place, which was really needed. There are still things to come, such as the installation of the bar for the public, but today I want to show you all the progress I have made in these days. That is why I have disappeared a little bit from HIVE.
No saben lo feliz que me siento de poder materializar éste proyecto de un modo más grande, que HIVE me haya abierto las posibilidades para materializar éste trabajo. Llego un punto en el cuál creí que las cosas no avanzarían, pero cuando conseguí el primer contrato con PedidosYa y cuando el local se manifestó en mi vida, supe que el universo estaba llegando a mí de alguna forma.
He invertido mucho tiempo en esto y también he dado todo lo mejor de mí, aún faltan cosas como ya les comenté, pero todos los avances se los iré mostrado hasta llegar al resultado final.

I can't tell you how happy I am to be able to materialize this project in a bigger way, that HIVE has opened the possibilities for me to materialize this work. There came a point in which I thought things would not move forward, but when I got the first contract with PedidosYa and when the store manifested itself in my life, I knew that the universe was reaching out to me in some way.
I have invested a lot of time in this and I have also given my best, there are still things missing as I told you, but I will show you all the advances until I reach the final result.
