Movimientos

They have been very intense and revealing days, inside and out. I have lived through an earthquake, the strongest for me and for Bruno too, he is from here and he had never experienced such a powerful one. It was at night and the experience is unstoppable, the earth rocking so strong ... Days later the movements were internal, accommodations, as part of a path of deep self-knowledge, always going further. Life is a journey always in motion, always forcing us to face our fears and structures, those that were built by ourselves but we no longer want them, they no longer work.
So goodbye old patterns. And hello again sea of uncertainty, with big waves, calm shores and hot sand!
