I haven't read a haiku in many months. Wonderful to come back to it with a such a lovely poem.
I enjoyed your snow video very much. My son took this shot from the window early morning, 20th of this year. Just a dusting. Melted very quickly. We haven't seen much snow at all here. One significant downfall. Not like when I was young. It seemed there was always snow on the ground.
I'm hoping our luck holds out. Snow isn't fun any more after a certain age :))

It has been a while since I wrote one... or any poetry for that matter. My head just hasn't been in that place unfortunately.
ha ha, well the dusting in your picture is much more than we got here. That snow in the video had pretty much melted by the time I'd finished writing this post 😂 We've got a strange micro-climate here in Liverpool, coupled with the coastal salt air and it is like an anti-snow town.
I'll keep my fingers crossed you don't get any... if you do send it our way 😂
