Mancini Positive Covid-19, Italy Defeats Poland 2-0.

The Italian national team's victory over Poland must be passed without the presence of coach Roberto Mancini, the former Fiorentina and Manchester City coach is still recovering from being infected with the corona virus.

Even though he was not on the sidelines, Mancini still gave instructions to his players over a long distance using the telephone. He gave advice and opinions to his assistant during the halftime period. They also did this when they won over Estonia 4-0 in a friendly match.

The Italian Football Federation stated that Roberto Mancini tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday, 11/11/2020. This was discovered during a routine test ahead of Italy's friendly match against Estonia on 11 November. Even though he was positive for Covid-19, Mancini was declared to have no symptoms and is currently starting to undergo a self-quarantine period at his home in Rome in accordance with applicable procedures.
