Ladies of Hive Community Contest #39

🇻🇪 Hola a todas en Ladies of Hive. Voy a compartir con ustedes las respuestas a ambas preguntas de esta semana.

Respondiendo a la primera pregunta:

1️⃣ ¿Qué historia divertida o linda de mascotas tienes?

A mi siempre me han encantado los camaleones, creo que es el único reptil que me gusta. Me parecen fascinantes, quedo maravillada con su capacidad de cambiar de color para camuflarse según las circunstancias de su entorno.

Hace algunos años tenía un novio que sabía que me gustaban mucho los camaleones, y en secreto hizo todo lo que pudo para conseguirme uno como mascota, ese pobre chico movió cielo y tierra hasta lograrlo. Y lo logró. Lo que él no sabía era que a mi me encantan los animales, pero que el corazón sólo me da para tener a un perrito o gatito como mascota, que el resto de los animales me gusta verlos libres en su hábitat natural, compartiendo su vida con su propia especie.

Me partía el corazón ver a ese pequeño camaleón en su terrario cada día. No quería herir los sentimientos de mi novio, yo sabía que lo había hecho con toda su buena intención para hacerme feliz, así que los primeros días no le dije nada, pero al cabo de un tiempo le conté cómo me sentía teniendo un camaleón de mascota. Él entendió mis sentimientos, y al contrario de lo que yo pensaba, le pareció muy bonito que quisiera dejarlo libre.

Hicimos un plan, buscamos un lugar donde dejarlo libre, un lugar donde pudiera encontrar alimentos, y hubiese otros pequeños reptiles cómo él. Mi novio se lo llevó y lo dejó en ese lugar. Nunca más me regaló animales y se lo agradecí mucho, luego bromeaba con él diciéndole que menos mal no le conté que también amo los elefantes ¿se imaginan?...

A responder la siguiente pregunta:

2️⃣ Ahora que hemos estado compartiendo durante un tiempo, intentemos algo diferente. Imagina que por UN DÍA puedes intercambiar lugares mágicamente con otro miembro de Ladies of Hive. ¿Quién sería y por qué?

Si pudiera intercambiar lugares por otro miembro de Ladies of Hive por un día, sin lugar a dudas lo haría con mi amiga @Tahiaarq. Ella fue quien me enseñó el mundo de Hive, también fue la persona que me invitó a unirme a esta comunidad de Ladies of Hive.

Tahia es una mujer increíble de múltiples talentos, y de muchos otros por descubrir, eso con total seguridad, porque es incansable, curiosa e inteligente, no importa cuántos golpes se de, no para hasta lograrlo. Es una madre completamente dedicada, hace home school con su hija, al mismo tiempo que ella estudia para ser una mejor madre y tener herramientas profesionales para el método de crianza que ejerce con su hermosa pequeñita. También estudia sobre economía y criptomonedas, pero como es un tema que no entiendo, por más que ella traté de explucarme, no voy a profundizar.

Entre todas las actividades que realiza, es una tejedora maravillosa, hace cosas muy hermosas con una habilidad sorprendente. Aquí puedes ver un ejemplo de esto:

Si no sigues a @Tahiaarq, es el momento de hacerlo, vas a aprender de todo, también cose, cocina delicioso (aún me saboreo la crostata que me hizo en mi casa), toma fotos muy bonitas, le encanta la naturaleza y los animales. Hace un registro de todo lo que hace y luego redacta un post para compartir con ustedes. Y como si fuera poco, siempre tiene una manicura perfecta.

Con muchísima frecuencia le pregunto cómo le da tiempo de hacer tantas cosas, cómo se organiza, que me pase copia de su agenda a ver si aprendo a qué me alcance el día para tanto. Así que un intercambio de un día sería perfecto para aprender alguno de sus talentos y tener días más rendidores.

🇺🇸 Hello everyone at Ladies of Hive. I am going to share with you the answers to both questions this week.

Answering the first question:

1️⃣ What funny or cute pet story do you have?

I have always loved chameleons, I think it is the only reptile that I like. I find them fascinating, I am amazed at their ability to change color to camouflage themselves according to the circumstances of their environment.

Some years ago I had a boyfriend who knew that I really liked chameleons, and secretly he did everything he could to get me one as a pet, that poor boy moved heaven and earth to achieve it. And he achieve it. What he did not know was that I love animals, but that my heart only gives me to have a puppy or kitten as a pet, that the rest of the animals I like to see them free in their natural habitat, sharing their life with his own kind.

It broke my heart to see that little chameleon in his terrarium every day. I didn't want to hurt my boyfriend's feelings, I knew he had done it with all his good intentions to make me happy, so the first few days I didn't say anything to him, but after a while I told him how I felt having a pet chameleon . He understood my feelings, and contrary to what I thought, it seemed very nice that I wanted to set him free.

We made a plan, we looked for a place to leave him free, a place where he could find food, and there were other little reptiles like him. My boyfriend took it and left it there. He never gave me animals again and I thanked him a lot, then I joked with him saying that thank goodness I didn't tell him that I also love elephants, can you imagine? ...

To answer the following question:

2️⃣ Now that we have been sharing for while, let’s try something different. Imagine for ONE DAY you can magically swap places with another member of Ladies of Hive. Who would that be and why?

If I could trade places for another Ladies of Hive member for a day, I would definitely do it with my friend @Tahiaarq. She was the one who taught me the world of Hive, she was also the person who invited me to join this Ladies of Hive community.

Tahia is an incredible woman of multiple talents, and many others to discover, that for sure, because she is tireless, curious and intelligent, no matter how many blows she takes, she does not stop until she succeeds. She is a completely dedicated mother, she does home school with her daughter, at the same time that she studies to be a better mother and to have professional tools for the parenting method that she exercises with her beautiful little girl. She also studies economics and cryptocurrencies, but since it is a topic that I do not understand, as much as she tried to explain myself, I am not going to delve into it.
