RE: It was a surreal morning today, as I picked up my phone and called the UK home office in Holland and London.

I don't think the borders of India will be open in three weeks, given that the no of cases are rising daily. But let's see, because situation in India is not as alarming as other countries , but again it may be because there is not enough testing.

I advise you have a plan B, in case it does not open.
