¡Feliz tarde estimados amigos!. Hoy preparé una receta para los amantes gastronómicos del cerdo. El cerdo es un animal el cual se come todo, y en esta ocasión hice las "Trompas Guisadas", posee mucho cartílago y es de fácil cocción, me quedo muy sabrosa y quiero que vean como se puede preparar y comer, acompañada de vegetales absorbe los sabores dándole un gusto muy sabroso. Espero les guste y lo disfruten.

- 8 trompas de cerdo frescas, 1/2 repollo pequeño, 1 zanahoria, 1/2 pimentón, 1 cebolla, 2 ajíes dulces, 2 tomates, 1 ramito de cebollín, 1 ramito de apio España, 4 granos de ajo, sal al gusto, aceite, agua.
- 8 fresh pork snouts, 1/2 small cabbage, 1 carrot, 1/2 bell pepper, 1 onion, 2 sweet peppers, 2 tomatoes , 1 sprig of chives, 1 sprig of celery Spain, 4 grains of garlic, salt to taste, oil, water.

- Lavamos y frotamos con sal las trompas de cerdo, dejamos macerar.
- Wash and rub the pork snouts with salt, let them marinate.
- En un sartén añadimos un chorrito de aceite, colocamos las trompas de cerdo y freímos a fuego bajo por 10 min por ambos lados.
- In a frying pan add a drizzle of oil, place the pork snouts and fry on low heat for 10 min on both sides.
- Añadimos 4 tazas de agua y cocinamos por 20 min a fuego medio, tapamos el sartén.
- Add 4 cups of water and cook for 20 min over medium heat, cover the pan.
- Lavamos y cortamos en trozos la zanahoria, cebolla, pimentón, ajíes dulces, cebollín y apio España, rallamos el repollo.
- Wash and cut the carrot, onion, bell pepper, sweet peppers, chives and celery Spain into pieces, grate the cabbage.
- Retiramos del fuego las trompas de cerdo blandas y cortamos en trocitos.
- Remove the soft pork snouts from the heat and cut into small pieces.
- Hasta completar.

- Rallamos el tomate y cortamos los ajos en trocitos.

- En el mismo sartén donde hicimos las trompas de cerdo, añadimos el ajo, tomate y cebolla.

- Añadimos el apio España y cebollín.

- Agregamos las trompas de cerdo cortadas en trozos, corregimos de sal, mezclamos, tapamos y cocinamos por 10 min a fuego medio.
- Add the pork trunks cut into pieces, correct the salt, mix, cover and cook for 10 min over medium heat.
- Hasta que absorban todos los sabores e ingredientes, apagamos y dejamos reposar.
- Until all the flavors and ingredients are absorbed, turn off and let it rest.
