That looks delicious and the color is so vibrant. It looks really appetizing. Sweet potato is such an interesting ingredient for pudding. I wouldn't have expected that you could use it that way

At first I didn't think this would be such a delicious pudding. By trial and error, I finally found out that this is a recipe worthy of a list for desserts for families :)
