Good day Foodies Bee Hive community, may everyone had a great Sunday. Today I will be sharing what I prepared for our meal, my wife requested me to cook something fried for our lunch. So I check the fridge and the first thing I saw was a pair of eggs and fortunately there's one canned tuna left in the shelf, so I decided to make a Tuna Omelette instead. In this content I will be sharing my personal recipe of Tuna Omelette.

To start off we need to prepare the basic recipe, we need.

  • 2 Eggs
  • Corned Tuna
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Spring Onions
  • Garlic
  • Butter

First I used one clove of onions sliced into small sizes, same with tomatoes sliced into small sizes as well and so with spring onions. You can also use more than what I used in this recipe depending on how large you are preparing.

Then we start to prepare the eggs by beating it into the bowl, after beating we then mix the onions, spring onions, tomatoes and the corned tuna.

After mixing all the ingredients we then prepare the pan using the butter as our cooking oil, put the garlic until it turns into golden brown in color.

We can now pour the mixed ingredients that we prepared earlier, by this time I poured it in small sizes to have it in bite size.

Finally its ready to serve and my wife seems happy of what I prepared for our lunch. Tuna Omelette everyone.
