[ESP-ENG] Quesillo Venezolano-Receta Tradicional/Quesillo Venezolano-Traditional Quesillo Recipe

Uno de los postres venezolanos más exquisitos es el quesillo,además que es muy fácil de preparar, lleva pocos ingredientes y su textura es muy suave lo que agrada al paladar, hoy comparto con ustedes mi receta tradicional; esa que a menudo realizo para consentir a mi familia.
One of the most exquisite Venezuelan desserts is quesillo, besides it is very easy to prepare, it has few ingredients and its texture is very soft which pleases the palate, today I share with you my traditional recipe; the one I often make to pamper my family.
Ingredientes
1/2 litro de leche
3 huevos
1 taza de azúcar
Vainilla al gusto
Para el caramelo:
2 cucharadas soperas de agua
5 cucharadas soperas de azúcar
Ingredients
1/2 liter of milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
Vanilla to taste
For the caramel:
2 tablespoons of water
5 tablespoons of sugar
Elaboración/Prepared by
Colocamos los ingredientes del caramelo en una olla y la llevamos al fuego medio para que se cocinen.
Place the caramel ingredients in a saucepan and place over medium heat to cook.
Mientras se realiza el caramelo, trabajamos con la licuadora; donde colocaremos todos los ingredientes para el quesillo y licuamos todo a velocidad máxima por unos tres minutos.
While the caramel is being made, we work with the blender; where we will place all the ingredients for the quesillo and blend everything at maximum speed for about three minutes.
Pasados los tres minutos este es el resultado en la licuadora.
After three minutes this is the result in the blender.
Ya oscureció el caramelo lo esparcimos por todo el envase, vertemos la mezcla del quesillo en él y lo llevamos en baño de Maria al horno por 45 minutos a 175 grados.
Once the caramel has darkened, spread it all over the container, pour the cheese mixture in it and bake it in a bain-marie in the oven for 45 minutes at 175 degrees.
Pasados los 45 minutos sacamos del horno y este es el resultado, en la imagen se puede apreciar como gracias al caramelo el quesillo se desprende del molde.
After 45 minutes we remove from the oven and this is the result, in the image you can see how thanks to the caramel the cheese comes out of the mold.
Desmoldamos y aqui el resultado final.
