What I eat in a day! - Post :D
Hey Foodies! I wanted to a post like this in a while and yesterday I finally managed to log everything I ate that day! With some picture, now getting picture of every single item is a pain, so I don't have that.
A video would have been easier.
Here’s what I ate:
Breakfast:
I didn't take a picture of my breakfast because it just looks like Oat Meal but I have logged everything you guys as you can see here.
Under the picture I will translate everything in order.

I measure everything with my food scale.
Lunch:
My lunch is always different from day to day since I haven't settle on a good lunch and filling lunch yet. Some days I just have white rice with mustard and spices xD
But yesterday I had Rybread with Beetroot hummus

Snacks:
I love some snacks! 2 of them makes sense for health benefits, but the other doesn't haha.
This is a Brazil Nut. It has the highest amount of Selenium, one nut (5g) can provide the Selenium you need for your entire day
This is a "healthy" energy drink. Its not healthy, but its taste and gets me going in the morning. I bought it black friday to taste it and I get 24 cans extra than what I paid for, so I had lot xD
Mans best friend - Coffee! Healthy? Some studies say so, some don't. Dno, I am now interesting in drinking coffee and I only make a small cup and I plan on going down here soon again.
Creatine! Good for people working out! Or well, some people say so.
Is it needed? Properly not.
