Hey Foodies! I thought about making this post some time ago, but I really never got around to it and since I haven't been posting much the past few days I figured it would be a good post to get done.

I would say that a large pot is really good! The one I have is a 10 liter pot which is amazing when you cook your own Chickpeas.
Chickpeas is also a stable in the Vegan Kitchen as far as I know.

These are the 2 different kind of ChickpeasI buy. The can if I don't have any and the 2.5kg bag for cooking my own.
Cooking my own is way way cheaper.

The can cost around 1$ and the entire bag cost around 3$.
The can is for 1 dinner, but bag is for 25 dinners.
So very cheap option.

I often use Frozen veggies as is really easy to use and not expensive.
These are my favorites.
Red Curry Mix
Bean Mix
Chili Con Carne Mix
and you would also need Nutritional Yeast, its used in many recipes for extra Vitamins and Protein and it gives the dish a bit of a cheesy hint.

I have included Rice because its cheap and most people have it and can eat it. Beans would properly have been better, but I can always make a Part 2 of this :P

From the left I have Taca Sauce I have been using this lately to my dishes, to get it a bit of a creamy texture combined with the Nutritional Yeast
The Mayo, also good for sauces + Mustard perfect for sauce aswell or just as a kick to the dish.

Peanut butter, I eat this everyday. Its a good stable in my diet with the calories I consume.
