Bookmarked for the future! I never thought of making jelly pudding with sweet potato and coconut milk. Where I'm from we usually just use fruit juice. So this is a great new idea, that I really want to try someday! Thanks <3

Agar powder and fruit juice are the perfect matches. I also often combine Agar powder with other fruit.
