I'm sorry I missed this when it first came out! This looks amazing! I'm waiting for the warmer weather before I get back into sourdough. I made a yeast foccaccia the other day but it felt like cheating!

I had to laugh.... becuase I also made a yeast bread last week (a baguette, my first) and felt as if I was cheating because I used commercial yeast :-D But I think as long as our bread is eadable it should be more fun than shame :-DDD Thank you for stopping and commenting and I look forward to your sourdough (and east) creations <3
