Oh yummy yummy! It all looks delightful. I absolutely must try making a nice hearty side dish with cauliflower. Do you suppose it would be easier to chop with a few presses in a blender or food processor?
How wonderful that you had such fun cooking together with your son. What wonderful memories can be made during those times together.
