A couple of weeks ago, I went Chinatown before they setup the Chinese New Year decorations. After some shopping at OG, we went for dinner. Smith Street has many food stalls but we were looking for one my wife like in one of the shops inside.

几个星期前，我去牛车水。当时，那里的农历新年装饰还未上。在奥奇百货公司逛了后，我和太太去吃晚餐。史密斯街有很多卖吃的摊位，但我们正在寻找一个在店屋里面的一家餐馆是太太喜欢的。

We found the Holland Village XO Fish Head Bee Hun Restaurant.

我们找到了荷兰村XO鱼头米粉餐厅。

My wife and I sat right inside. All the tables in front of us were occupied but it wasn't very crowded. They have another section to the left of us with more tables including few bigger tables but there were no diners there.

我和太太就坐在最里面。在我们面前所有的桌子都有人坐但它不是很拥挤。在我左边其实还有一个空间有好几张桌子，包括几张大桌，但没有坐在那里。

Then came my fish soup bee hoon without the XO. I didn't feel paying an extract $1 was worth it.

然后我的鱼汤米粉来了。我没要XO的。我不觉付多$1值得。

The milky look comes from evaporated milk that was added to the soup.

乳白色的汤是因为汤里有加入淡奶。

I thought the amount was fish in there was good enough and taste was good too.

我觉得鱼的分量还足够，味道也不错。
