On last Christmas Day, after visiting my father in hospital, I went to the bus stop. I saw the Novena Church and notice the rainbow above it. Then I noticed there were two rainbows. I took a few photos but the 2nd rainbow was a bit faint in the pictures. Maybe you can see it you look at it hard enough. The two rainbows gave me a feeling of hope that my father would recover. Unfortunately, after he was warded again after Chinese New Year, he passed away in the hospital.

Sorry to hear that. It's never easy, but one learns to live with that. I lost my mother twenty years ago and it still feels like yesterday, but it's the memories we keep which makes us be with them until our time comes, too. Life is such a bittersweet bite.

The loss of a parent is so profound. I can feel the loss of my father that feels just as fresh as if it was yesterday. They say that time heals, but, I think that our heart heals when it is ready to accept it.

The rainbows are beautiful.

A double rainbow is considered a symbol of transformation and is a sign of good fortune in eastern cultures. The first arc represents the material world, and the second arc signifies the spiritual realm. ... Therefore, a single rainbow signifies a human descending from heaven to earth.
