Making Pita Bread / 制作皮塔饼面包

I am learning how to make pita bread these days.

I've tried out different recipes to try to make these dough bread rise when I put them on the frying pan.

If they don't rise like a ball, then they don't taste so good.

Finally, I got them rising.

For this recipe, I put in a bit of yeast and also yogurt.

When I get better at this, I will give you the recipe.
