A Wors Lolly

A fair number of my #BraaiBoyTV episodes are inspired by Memes, (fake) Instagram posts (remember Pizza Wors?) and the like.

Well, this week's episode is taken from a video that was shared with me on WhatsApp as well. The original is in Russian, so I have no idea what they are calling it over there... but here in South Africa we're calling it a "Wors Lolly" now ;-)

The process

This episode is not so much about a recipe (it's minced meat & your favourite herbs/spices) as it is about the process. Kids (of all ages) will have fun making it.

Cut the bottom off an empty plastic coke bottle, fill it with your minced meat mixture, and use a jar (as snug a fit as possible) to press the meat through and onto your kebab stick.

Once braaied, you can eat them as is, or slide them off the stick on onto a roll for a skinless boerie roll of sorts.
