The Carnivore Conversion Project - 18

A little late: Monday's Monday's meatfree supper. Homemade flatbreads loaded with hummus, roasted vegetables and fresh coriander (cilantro). The carnivorous husband declared them so delicious, he had two and confessed to having been concerned about a "no food meal"!

Why 18?

Because for more than that long, I have been presenting meatless meals with the same surprised response. It was 18 years ago yesterday we did this.

Clearly, neither of us gives up.
