Tr：回到家，發現怎麼家中地板有一堆的高麗菜，還以為地板會長菜
聽說最近菜價徧低，因為高麗的產季也是盛產，有朋友是去拿產地拿
而且不是一顆一顆的買，是一件一件，一件就是一大箱。
這還只是家裡買來的十分之一。
覺得不是嚇壞了。

是覺得之後的十天半個月。一定餐餐有高麗菜呀

今日sport：備課備課備課備課, 周六開課，但看到體重機了。今天是吃了高麗菜，但沒吃米飯，來減脂餐，上班又上到沒力。想睡怎麼運動呀

今日ACTIFIT：來看一下今天actifit 的數字!! 但…無言。這數字越來越怪了
