“智力菇” “增智菜”是有的国家对它的美称,说明吃它能更聪明哦!而且它氨基酸的含量非常丰富,高于一般菇类,尤其是赖氨酸的含量特别高。经常食用金针菇可防治溃疡病。所以适量食用非常好!

准备食材:金针菇、红椒(配色)、生抽、醋、盐、糖、麻油、(花椒油)

1)把金针菇根部去掉一些,用清水洗净,洗得时候把它拔散。红椒洗净切丝。

2)起锅倒入清水,水烧开后把金针菇和红椒放入焯。

3)等水全面开起把金针菇和红椒捞出放大碗里。别煮久了。
4)放入适量生抽、醋、盐、糖、麻油,喜欢花椒油的也可以放几滴。拌匀即可。

拌入醋的金针菇很开胃,滴入麻油后特别的香,金针菇的口感也挺好,滑滑脆脆的很巴适哦!
