苦竹笋
苦笋是老家这里的特色菜,第一次来到韶关的时候,家婆做了这一道竹笋,我奇怪那么苦的竹笋都有人吃,我也是第一次吃这种苦笋,实在是太苦了,第一次吃的时候我吃不习惯,觉得太难吃了,但是这个苦笋很嫩,我吃多了现在也觉得并没有那么难吃了,反而觉得苦的很有味道。
这个新鲜苦笋首先要先煮一下,然后用水来泡养着,泡了一两天后,还要用手撕开,放清水里面继续泡着,每天都换一两次水,泡大概2-3天就可以了,就不会太苦,然后加上红葱头一起炒就可以了。爸爸妈妈都很喜欢吃这个苦笋,大概是味道苦,但是苦后甘来吧。
