我家的晚饭

今天媳妇儿身体不舒服，所以老朽自己下厨。
弄几个菜和家人们一起享受天伦之乐。
做饭的时候我还特意拍了照片，分享我的手。
请见证我的厨艺。

角鱼

材料如下
-鱼3条。

  • 香菜2条。
  • 普宁豆酱1汤勺。
  • 生姜4片切成丝。
  • 蒜头3片，剁碎

汤

汤比较简单。具体材料如下。

  • 肉饼8两左右。
  • 葱2条，切成葱花。
  • 黄瓜1条，切成片。
  • 冬菜1汤勺。

春菜

材料也是比较简单，具体如下。

  • 春菜1.5斤，
  • 普宁黄豆酱两汤勺
  • 蒜头3片。

软骨鱼

软骨鱼这鱼真心好吃。具体材料如下。

  • 软骨鱼2斤。因为我喜欢吃，所以买多了点。
  • 酸菜2两
  • 西红柿1个。
  • 葱3条，切成葱花。
  • 生姜3片，切成丝。

瓜叔炒饭。

瓜叔炒饭这是压轴菜。也是拿手饭
当然饭里面没有瓜叔，只是在我们家这饭就叫瓜叔炒饭。
如果你想吃瓜叔是不可能的。想想就好，别想太多了。
在编辑帖子的时候才发现肉饼粒忘记拍照片起来了。

具体材料如下

  • 鸡蛋3只。
  • 葱3条。切成葱花
  • 肉饼半斤。
  • 生姜3片，切成米粒大
    今晚我们家的晚饭就是这样。哈哈。臭美了一番。
