[ESP-ENG] ¡Arepas de Chicharrón Aliñadas! / Pork Rind Seasoned Arepas!
Amigos de Steemit, las arepas son tradicionales en Venezuela, y realizadas con chicharrón quedan demasiadas sabrosas; esta vez les agregué vegetales sazonados, queda mucho más sabroso, se los aconsejo para un desayuno, o una cena dominguera.
Friends of Steemit, arepas are traditional in Venezuela, and made with pork rinds are too tasty; This time I added seasoned vegetables, it is much tastier, I recommend it for breakfast, or a Sunday dinner.
INGREDIENTES:
- 1/2 kilo de chicharrón molido, ajíes, cebollin, harina de maíz, sal al gusto, agua.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound of ground pork, chili peppers, chives, cornmeal, salt to taste, water.
PREPARACIÓN:
- Cortamos finamente los ajíes y el cebollin.
- En una taza con agua, agregamos sal al gusto, harina de maíz y amasamos.
- Añadimos el chicharrón, hacemos las arepas.
- Colocamos en una plancha hasta que doren y volteamos.
- Cocinamos 10 minutos por lado.
- Listo, a comer.
PREPARATION:
- Finely chop the peppers and chives.
- In a cup with water, add salt to taste, corn flour and knead.
- Add the chicharrón, make the arepas.
- Place on a griddle until golden and turn.
- We cook 10 minutes per side.
- Ready to eat.
