None is perfect in this world. Human has combination of both traits strength and weakness. People don't like weakness but still it is the part of life. You have to manage weakness in order to live better life. Never ashamed on your weakness as it is the part of everyone life. The good thing is that we can transform weakness into strength. Few simple steps may be helpful in this regard.

The first thing is to recognize your weakness. Recognition of weakness is must in order to rectify them. You can recognize weakness easily if you own your weakness. Denying your weakness will never help to sort out your weakness. So, better to identify your weakness honestly. More weakness detection will be a good sign as it help to overcome your all weakness.

Weakness varies from person to person. Some people have fear of public speaking, some have shyness, lack of skill,lack of knowledge, fear, anxiety, time managment, ill- discipline etc. The good thing is that all these weakness may be transformed in to strength. For this purpose you need consistent efforts and dedication to improve yourself.

Now the next step is to find the root cause of your weakness. It is important step which help you to determine which action is appropriate to convert your weakness in to strength.

Transform of weakness into strength is lengthy process as it takes a lot of time, efforts and commitment. Better to deal this matter with splitting your big goal in to small goals. Achieving small goals will help you to build your confidence beside motivate you to achieve next goal.

You can take lesson from resourceful person in order to strengthen your weakness. Never ever stop the learning process. Try to improve your skill all the time. Many weakness happen due to lack of knowledge and skill. Such knowledge will be helpful to convert your weakness into strength. Another important thing to keep in mind is that never address multiple weakness at a time. It will easily distract your focus better to work on one weakness at a time to remain focused. Don't try to burden yourself. Set a goal which may be easily achieved.

Remember you cannot overcome your weakness unless you try to sort out the weakness. The only solution for this is to try consistent efforts and repeatedly practice to improve your self. Consistency is key here. What are you waiting for start from now and transform your weakness into strength.

We should also put focus on our weaknesses and work towards transforming them instead of shying away or trying to deny them. They're part of us and the earlier we work on them the better because, based on experience, most of them don't get transformed overnight.

The first thing is to recognize your weakness-
This is the first and most paramount thing to realize when taking the step of personal growth and development.It is certainly no doubt that it starts by being honest with one's self and acknowledging the weaknesses we can't help. Steadfastly trying to take a self-assessment or get feedback from others to understand what you need , learn and unlearn might go a long way as well .
