The 12th Match of The Caribbean Premier League 2023 was played yesterday between St Kitts and Nevis Patriots vs Trinbago Knight Riders at Warner Park, Basseterre, St Kitts. In which Trinbago Knight Riders won the match by 6 wickets.
Trinbago Knight Riders won the toss and invited St Kitts and Nevis Patriots to bat first, St Kitts and Nevis Patriots batted first, started the inning very well, Evin Lewis and Andre Fletcher came to start the inning and gave a good start with a partnership of 43 runs for the first wicket, the first wicket has dismissed for 43 runs in first ball of the 5th over, Evin Lewis dismissed just for 10 runs in 10 balls, next batsman Joshua Da Silva came to bat, meanwhile the second wicket also dismissed for 45 runs in 4.4 over, Andre Fletcher dismissed after playing a brilliant quick inning of 32 runs with the help of 3 sixes and 3 boundaries in just 17 balls, next batsman Jyd Goolie came to bat and he good strike rotate with Joshua Da Silva, the third wicket has dismissed for 73 runs in 9.3 over, Joshua Da Silva dismissed for 18 runs in 14 balls, next batsman Sherfane Rutherford came to bat, after a few moments the fourth wicket also dismissed for 86 runs in 11.2 over, Jyd Goolie dismissed for 11 runs in 17 balls, followed by Corbin Bosch came to bat handled the inning and played a very brilliant half-century partnership of 66 runs with Sherfane Rutherford, the fifth wicket has dismissed for 152 runs in last ball of the 18th over, Corbin Bosch dismissed after scoring 30 runs with the help of 1 six and 3 boundaires in just 21 balls, next batsman Dominic Drakes came to bat and he was remains unbeaten for 6 runs in 3 balls with Sherfane Rutherford, and Sherfane Rutherford played a very brilliant quick unbeaten half-century inning of 62 runs with the help of 5 sixes and 4 boundaires in just 21 balls. In this way, St Kitts and Nevis Patriots scored 178 runs for for the loss of just 5 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs and set a target of 179 runs in front of Trinbago Knight Riders.

Chadwick Walton and Mrtin Guptill came to start the inning, the first wicket has dismissed very quickly just for 9 runs in last ball of the 2nd over, Chadwick Walton dismissed just for 6 runs in 9 balls, next batsman Nicholas Pooran came to bat and handled the inning, the second wicket has dismissed for 32 runs in first ball of the 5th over, Martin Guptil dismissed for 7 runs in 8 balls, followed by Lorcan Tucker came to bat handled the inning and played a very brilliant half-century partnerhsip of 73 runs with Nicholas Pooran, the third wicket has dismissed for 105 runs in 11.3 over, Nicholas Pooran dismissed after playing a very brilliant quick half-century inning of 61 runs with the help of 4 sixes and 5 boudnaires in just 32 balls, next batsman Kieron Pollard came to bat handled the inning and played a brilliant partnerhsip of 43 runs with Lorcan Tucker, the fourth wicket has dismissed for 148 runs in first ball of the 16th over, Lorcan Tucker dismissed after scoring 36 runs with the help of 1 six and 3 boundaires in just 31 balls, followed by Andre Russell came to bat handled the inning and took the match to the victory with Kieron Pollard, Kieron Pollard played a very brilliant quick unbeaten victory inning of 37 runs with the help of 5 sixes in just 16 balls, and Andre Russell also played a very brilliant quick victory inning of 23 runs with the help of 2 sixes and 2 boundaires in just 8 balls. In this way, Trinbago Knight Riders chased the target very easily for losing just 4 wickets in 17.1 overs and won the match very easily by 6 wickets.
St Kitts and Nevis Patriots bowlers Corbin Bosch took 3 wickets just for 22 runs in 3 overs, Blessing Muzarabani 1 wicket for 30 runs in 3 overs, apart from this all bowlers are wicketless, Izharulhaq Naveed was wicketless for 50 runs in his spell, Sheldon Cottrell was wicketless for 27 runs in 3 overs, Dominic Drakes wicketless for 27 runs in 2.1 overs, Sherfane Rutherford wicketless for 12 runs in 1 over, and Kofi James also wicketless for 11 runs in 1 over.
PLAYER OF THE MATCH- Trinbago Knight Riders batsman Nicholas Pooran was selected as the best player of the match, he played a very brilliant powerful quick half-century inning of 61 runs with the help of 4 sixes and 5 boudnaires in just 32 balls.
