parental actions greatly support children's behavior
Humans are unique, no two people are the same, even if they come from the same mother. I learned all of this in the philosophy of nursing.
Everyone has different methods and principles for raising their children. Everyone wants their children to be obedient, intelligent, and well-behaved, but most people fail to raise their children simply because they misunderstand affection. How could they not! Most parents will choose to give their children whatever they want without considering the risks, as long as the child doesn't cry. Because I frequently interact with patients, I certainly know this well.
When they bring their children to my clinic for treatment, I can assess their parenting style. This can be seen from the way they forbid their children when they misbehave. Sometimes I just smile at this unique human experience. Some forbid their children by scolding them, some use a high tone but don't curse, some choose to advise them in a low and gentle tone, and still others use a little violence, such as pinching them but not making a sound. What I dislike most is parents who don't forbid them in any way, they let their children do whatever they want while their parents are busy playing on their phones, using the excuse "Ken is just a kid." Let them do whatever they want, they're still kids.
I choose a balanced approach between punishment and reward in educating my children. Sometimes punishment is more effective in helping them learn to be better. I also often reward them when they do good things, and I also often praise my children when they do good things. And I explain to him what is good and what he should do. If he achieves well at school, I will reward him, and I often offer him rewards if he does good things that meet my expectations.
However, this doesn't mean I never punish my child. When he does something bad, I will try to reprimand him and explain that what he did was wrong. However, if this reprimand goes unheeded and he continues to do it, the second option is to punish him, whether it's a pinch or a threat to reduce his pocket money, or other common threats.
To this day, my child is still very obedient. When I order or forbid him, he will obey without needing rewards or threats or punishments, perhaps because he's been used to it since he was little. I've always cared for and educated him with love and explained what is good and bad. Therefore, I really dislike parents who don't take action when their children do bad things or don't tell their parents. Parents just keep quiet and don't explain anything to their children. They don't realize that this is the biggest cause. Children become stubborn and rebellious, often doing bad things.
Sometimes I'm deeply moved by parents who successfully educate their children by simply giving them signals, which then lead them to obey and comply. Even though their families are very modest, this limitation doesn't prevent them from improving their children. Every time they want to do something, their children always ask their parents' permission first. So, let's work together to educate our children to be better. Don't blame them later if they make mistakes, and crime begins when you ignore them and don't educate them from an early age by giving them rewards or punishments within reasonable limits, so that children will do good.
