Assalamualaikum friends, today I will tell you about my daily cooking for breaking the fast.
Today the menu that I made is Pepes Fish, this is one of our family's favorite foods, besides being easy to make, it also tastespecially when it is added with hot rice when breaking the fast, of course it tastes very good.
the manufacture is a bit complicated, but the taste can be tried, friends, I will also share the recipe, friends, so that all of you can try, maybe there are those who are curious about the taste, I will teach friends from the recipe to how to make it, keep an eye on it friends, hopefully what I post today is certainly very useful for all of you, as for the recipe as follows,


cayenne pepper according to spicy taste,
Sunti acid to taste, if it's a little too much, it's okay because the spicy fish has to be acidic in the seasoning
a little coriander
red onion 4 cloves
garlic 2 cloves
a little turmeric
then prepare a blender for smoothing
then prepare the banana leaves and sticks, after the spices are mashed, put a little salt into the fish then spread the salt evenly, add the spices that have been mashed earlier, then prepare the banana leaves to wrap the fish using sticks on both sides end to end, after prepare a grill to cook the fish until it looks cooked and the banana leaves are yellowish and smoky
until the spices are cooked dry, once cooked can be removed and served... done
