Hoy les traigo una receta súper sabrosa se trata de una Delicia de Frijoles con pasta.

El frijol es rico en proteina vegetal, vitaminas del grupo B, hierro,ácido fólico,calcio,potasio,fósforo y zinc y a su vez es un antioxidante y su fibra ayuda al aparato digestivo estás sin algunos de sus beneficios.

Ingredientes:

• 250 grs de frijol
• 2 cebollas.
• 6 ajíes.
• 6 granos de ajo pequeños.
• 1 cda de sal
• 1 cda ajo en polvo.
• 1 cda comino.
• 1 cda paprika ahumada.
• 1 cda adobo
• 2 cdas de onoto.
• 250 grs de pasta larga.

Ingredients:

• 6 small grains of garlic.
• 1 tablespoon of salt
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder.
• 1 tablespoon cumin.
• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika.

Modo de preparacion

• Paso número uno.

Luego de haber lavado bien los frijoles
Lo colocamos en una olla de presión cubrimos con agua y llevamos a
cocinar por espacio de 15 minutos
Luego colamos tomamos una taza del liquido y reservamos.

• Paso número dos.
  Tomamos las cebollas y los ajíes y lo picamos en cuadritos,colocamos los granos de ajos en el mortero y lo trituramos .
  Luego lo vertemos en la olla y sofreímos.

• Paso número tres.
  Luego que están sofritos los aliños vertemos encima los frijoles.
  Mezclamos bien para que se integren.
  Ahora para darle un delicioso sabor agregamos las especies.
  Vertemos la taza del líquido que habíamos reservado cuando colamos los frijoles mezclamos bien rectificamos de sabor y dejamos cocinar a fuego bajo.

• Step number three.

• Paso número cuatro.
  Cocinar la pasta larga.
  Colocamos agua con sal en una olla llevamos al fuego una vez hierva colocamos la pasta larga removemos y dejamos cocinar
  luego colamos.

• Step number four.

  then we strain

• Paso número cinco.
  Vertemos encima de la pasta larga los frijoles y mezclamos muy bien.

• Step five.

Luego de haber integrado todo muy bien procedemos a servir está Delicia de Frijoles con Pasta lo cual es todo un festín y el cual podemos saborear el increíble sabor que le aportan sus ingredientes
