Mi presentación en Hive ✌| Vaneska Betancourt

Hola, comunidad de Hive. Soy Vaneska Parra. Tengo 35 años, soy del oriente del país de Venezuela. Cómo buena pisciana, me encanta el mar, nadar, el sol, la playa y la arena. Me fascina viajar, conocer nuevos lugares, nuevas culturas.

Hello, Hive community. I'm Vaneska Parra. I'm 35 years old, I'm from the eastern part of Venezuela. As a good Piscean, I love the sea, swimming, the sun.

Me he estado ilustrando y educando referente a la plataforma de hive ya que me parece muy interesante. Considero que puedo aprender mucho de diversos temas.

I have been enlightening and educating myself about the hive platform as I find it very interesting. I consider that I can learn a lot about different topics.

La decisión de unirme a la gran familia Hive, es aprender y apórtar con un granito de arena con mi conocimiento de la preparación de la comida sin glúten, sin huevo, sin lacteos. Ya que al principio, cuando le indicaron la dieta a mi bebé de 11 meses , lo admito, no tenia idea de lo que significaba. El glúten y de su importancia, ya tengo 6 años. Aprendiendo todo lo que está a mi alcance sobre la contaminación cruzanda, sus productos, la preparación de la comida. Y me siento feliz, cada vez que logro realizar una nueva receta, un nuevo postre y ver la cara de felicidad de mi hijo, eso no tiene precio.

The decision to join the great Hive family is to learn and contribute with my knowledge of the preparation of gluten-free, egg-free and dairy-free food. At the beginning, when my 11 month old baby was prescribed the diet, I admit, I had no idea what it meant. Gluten and its importance, I am now 6 years old. Learning everything I can about cross contamination, its products, food preparation. And I feel happy, every time I manage to make a new recipe, a new dessert and see the happy face of my son, that is priceless.

Debo agradecer a @alesquisa18, la cual me facilitó el conocimiento para ingresar en Hive y así poder lograr la iniciacion sin inconvenientes a dicha plataforma.
