¡Iniciamos una nueva semana estimados amigos!. Aquí les traigo una nueva receta muy sabrosa y práctica de hacer "Tallarines de arroz, con pollo y vegetales"; otra idea que va a gustar. Los tallarines de arroz son otra alternativa para hacer un excelente almuerzo. Espero les guste y disfruten.
We start a new week dear friends!. Here I bring you a new very tasty and practical recipe for making "Rice noodles, with chicken and vegetables"; another idea that you will like. Rice noodles are another alternative to make a great lunch. I hope you like it and enjoy it.

Ingredientes / Ingredients: 🔪


- 200 grs de tallarines de arroz, 1/2 pechuga de pollo, 1 pimentón, 3 ajíes dulces, 1 cebolla, 1 ramito de apio España, 1 ramito de cebollín, 4 granos de ajo, pimienta, adobo, sabroseador, sal al gusto, aceite, agua, salsa de ostras, salsa de soya.
- 200 grams of rice noodles, 1/2 chicken breast, 1 bell pepper, 3 sweet peppers, 1 onion, 1 sprig of celery Spain , 1 sprig of chives, 4 grains of garlic, pepper, marinade, flavoring, salt to taste, oil, water, oyster sauce, soy sauce.

Preparación / Preparation: 🍜


- Lavamos y cortamos finamente los ajíes dulces, ajo, cebollín y apio España, cortamos en tiras el pimentón y la cebolla.
- Wash and finely chop the sweet peppers, garlic, chives and celery Spain, cut the bell pepper and onion into strips.

- Cortamos la pechuga de pollo y adobamos, en un sartén añadimos ajo, un poco de aceite y cocinamos.

- Hasta que dore.

- Añadimos los vegetales y mezclamos, freímos por 5 min a fuego medio.

- Agregamos salsa de soya al gusto.
- Add soy sauce to taste.

- Añadimos un poco de salsa de ostras.
- Add some oyster sauce.

- Mezclamos y cocinamos por 5 min a fuego alto.
- Mix and cook for 5 min over high heat.

- En una olla con agua hervimos y colocamos los tallarines de arroz, cocinamos por 5 min.
- In a pot with water we boil and place the rice noodles, cook for 5 min.

- Colamos los tallarines de arroz.
- We strain the rice noodles.

- Agregamos al sartén.
- Add to the pan.

- Mezclamos y ¡LISTO!. Uhmmmm que sabroso.
