Brownie sin azúcar, sin horno ni microondas

Hoy les comparto esta receta de brownie, un postre rico, fácil y saludable, que podemos comer cuando iniciamos un cambio de alimentación saludable.

Estoy recién iniciando desde 0 en otro país, así que como no tengo horno, ni microondas, ni freidora de aire, decidí hacerla en un sartén pequeño, y este fue el resultado, con ingredientes como la avena que es rica en fibra, el coco para agregarle un toque diferente en sabor y textura, y el cacao que es nuestro aliado para prevenir enfermedades cardiovasculares, es rico en antioxidantes, ayuda a reducir la inflamación y estimula la producción de endorfinas.

Ingredientes
1 cambur
2 huevos
2 cucharadas de avena en hojuelas
3 cucharadas de harina de avena
1 cucharada de coco rallado
Canela y vainilla al gusto
1 cucharada colmada de cacao
2 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
1 cucharadita de bicarbonato
40 GR de chocolate 100% cacao sin azúcar.

I am just starting from 0 in another country, so as I have no oven, no microwave, no air fryer, I decided to make it in a small pan, and this was the result, with ingredients such as oats which is rich in fiber, coconut to add a different touch in flavor and texture, and cocoa which is our ally to prevent cardiovascular disease, is rich in antioxidants, helps reduce inflammation and stimulates the production of endorphins.

Ingredients
1 Banana
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of oat flakes
3 tablespoons of oat flour
1 tablespoon of grated coconut
Cinnamon and vanilla to taste
1 heaping tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon of baking soda
40 GR of unsweetened 100% cocoa chocolate.

Me gustaría saber cómo influye el bicarbonato en la receta. Se ve simple de hacer hasta para mí, que no sé hacer hielo jeje. También me pregunto si el sabor del cambur no será muy invasivo. Saludos.

P.D: Me encanta los brownies.

El bicarbonato actúa como el polvo para hornear, hace crecer la mezcla. No el cambur ni se siente, pero le da el toque dulce, ya que no estamos utilizando azúcar. Quedó muy ricoo
