El Progreso Me Hace Feliz (Esp-Eng)

Enumerar una lista de todas las cosas que me hacen feliz podría ser algo extensa, sin embargo, el ver cómo progreso es una de las que más alegría me produce.

Y cuando hablo de progresar me refiero a ir viendo materializadas esas metas a corto plazo, en las que cumplo con realizar una mejora o alcanzar un logro.

En el caso de mi casa, siempre estoy buscando las mejores alternativas que me hagan sentir cómoda y en confort a medida que mis ingresos me lo permitan, siempre estoy superándome y pensando en el futuro, en la comodidad y aunque sé que aún me falta mucho, estoy convencida y clara en que es lo que deseo para así no hacer gastos dobles.

And when I talk about progress, I mean seeing those short term goals materialize, in which I accomplish an improvement or reach an achievement.
In the case of my house, I am always looking for the best alternatives that make me feel comfortable and in comfort as my income allows me, I am always improving myself and thinking about the future, in comfort and although I know that I still have a long way to go, I am convinced and clear that this is what I want in order to avoid double expenses.

Por ejemplo, cuando me mudé la regadera de mi apartamento era sencilla, compré una redonda que era más grande y se sentía más rico al bañarse, pero con el paso de los años conocí una ducha llamada "ducha espejo de lujo" me puse a indagar de que se trataba a ver si valía la pena comprarla.

Esta ducha es cuadrada, grande y físicamente es un espejo con unas puntitas de goma por dónde sale el agua en forma de lluvia y realmente te da esa sensación de que te estás bañando con la lluvia y al subir la mirada puedes verte reflejado en el espejo de la regadera, lo que más me gusta es la forma continua de salir el agua, es muy agradable la sensación al caer el agua en tu cuerpo, porque te moja completo, así que me decidí comprar una y la disfruto muchísimo al igual que mis hijos.

Así que en este caso es una mejora, una evolución, un progreso en comodidad que me hace feliz, al igual que proponerme metas y verlas materializadas, cómo por ejemplo el finalizar mi cocina empotrada o cambiar mi puerta principal, son cosas que me generan alegría, confort y me hacen ver cómo progreso.

Otra de las cosas que me hacen generar alegría es tener a mis hijos, verlos crecer, ver cómo van evolucionando, cómo les va bien en su escuela, son niños inteligentes, sanos y se portan muy bien, me ayudan en las tareas de la casa, esa tranquilidad y su compañía me generan alegría.

Disfrutar de buena comida y postres me generan alegría, amo comer, siempre he sido de comer bastante y estar en búsqueda de lugares donde se coma sabroso, amo comer en restaurantes, para los que me conocen saben que cocinar no es algo que me genere alegría, así que cada vez que tengo la oportunidad de comer afuera lo disfruto al máximo, también disfruto de tomarme un café bonito, bien presentado, y sobre todo bien sabroso, eso también me genera alegría. El comerme un dulce en una panadería, un postre de los que yo preparo o de un restaurante, comerme un helado, una torta, un chocolate, es algo que me genera alegría, pues el amor llega directo a mi estómago 🤣🤣.

Me genera alegría disfrutar de buena compañía, de personas agradables, familia o no familia, con quiénes puedas conversar un rato ameno, con quién te puedas reír, y hablar de cualquier tema y ser solo tú, sin filtros, me gusta rodearme de gente alegre y con buena vibra, que te contagian de su energía maravillosa, quienes siempre tienen un motivo para sonreír, cuando aun con problemas te sacan una sonrisa y te hacen ver lo positivo de lo negativo y comienzas a mirar las oportunidades en medio de las dificultades, con esa es la gente con la que me gusta compartir.

Another thing that makes me feel happy is having my children, watching them grow, seeing how they evolve, how they do well in school, they are intelligent, healthy and well-behaved children, they help me with the chores at home, that tranquility and their company make me feel happy.
Enjoying good food and desserts brings me joy, I love to eat, I have always been a big eater and I am always looking for places to eat tasty food, I love to eat in restaurants, for those who know me they know that cooking is not something that brings me joy, so every time I have the opportunity to eat out I enjoy it to the fullest, I also enjoy having a nice coffee, well presented, and above all very tasty, that also brings me joy. Eating a sweet in a bakery, a dessert that I prepare or from a restaurant, eating an ice cream, a cake, a chocolate, is something that generates me joy, because love goes straight to my stomach 🤣🤣.
It generates me joy to enjoy good company, nice people, family or not family, with whom you can talk a pleasant time, with whom you can laugh, and talk about any topic and just be you, without filters, I like to surround myself with cheerful people with good vibes, who infect you with their wonderful energy, who always have a reason to smile, when even with problems they make you smile and make you see the positive in the negative and you begin to look at the opportunities in the midst of difficulties, those are the people with whom I like to share.

Me gusta viajar y conocer nuevos lugares, eso me hace feliz, sin embargo, las limitaciones económicas no me lo han permitido, pero tengo la esperanza de que más temprano que tarde podré retomar muchas cosas en mi país, esperanzada en que la situación económica mejore tanto que logré sorprendernos.

La música, hay temas y cantantes que siempre me sacarán una sonrisa, y que me hacen recordar momentos bonitos de lo que ha sido mi experiencia de vida y uno de ellos es "Servando y Florentino" al hacerme recordar cuando interpretaban temas como la "fans enamorada" o "De sol a sol" me gusta la música romántica, las rancheras, el merengue, las viejas bien viejas de mariachis y otras que aunque son más actuales siempre nos inspiran con amor y van dedicadas a alguien especial o cuentan la historia de amor o desamor de alguien, cada canción nos inspira, nos cuenta algo que pasó o con la que muchas veces nos identificamos o conocemos a alguien a quien la canción le queda perfecta.

Son muchas cosas más que nos generan alegría, la vida misma debe generarnos alegría, porque aunque estemos pasando por dificultades o momentos de tristeza, el estar vivos es una oportunidad más para ser feliz y la cual vamos amoldando a nuestro día a día y a lo que necesitamos en el momento.
