Hello to my friends from Blurt and Actifit, I'm sharing my day with you 👏🏻👍🏻 early I went to train at crossfit, first we did a 20-minute EMOM and then a 15-minute for time. From back squat, push press, bicycle and rope jump👏🏻

Then I went with my friends to have breakfast at a new bakery 👏🏻 everything was spectacular, very good sweets and excellent coffee 👏🏻 we had a great time... Tell me how your day was!!

Hola a mis amigos de #Blurt y #Actifit les comparto mi día 👏🏻👍🏻 temprano fui a entrenar al crossfit, primero hicimos un EMOM de 20 minutos y después un for time de 15 minutos. De back squat, push press, bicicleta y salto de cuerda👏🏻

Luego fui con mis amigas a desayunar a una panadería nueva 👏🏻 todo espectacular los dulces muy buenos y el café excelente 👏🏻 la pasamos genial.. Cuéntenme qué tal su día !!

Wow if I had got there I would have the chocolate one, it looks so good. For me with the dark chocolate is more tasty and more flavorful of chocolate which is so good and smells good too.💖
