荷包花菜就是有荷包蛋和花菜哈😁

今天我的新品首创哟!我不知网上是否有跟我一样的这个创新菜,我没有去搜索查实,反正这是我今天的新品

我只告诉你,荷包蛋和花菜搭一起真的不止好吃喔!

食材也是很简单,可以说是快手菜了~

花菜一颗大约400克,根据自己食量选择就行,几个小米椒根据自己口味爱不爱吃辣,我是用了三个小米椒,鸡蛋三个,大蒜子若干个

首先把花菜用盐水浸泡清洗干净… 把花菜用剪刀✂️剪成小颗,大小随意

小米椒洗净切成小粒,大蒜子拍碎切末…

起锅适量菜油烧高温炼熟… 把三个鸡蛋煎成荷包蛋,两面用锅铲按压煎金黄,熟了用盘子盛起…

然后下入洗干净的花菜和小米椒,还有蒜末一起入锅… 中小火快速翻炒,加入适量盐和生抽继续炒熟… 最后加入荷包蛋翻炒均匀出锅即可~撒上小香葱装盘

花菜翠嫩可口~加了荷包蛋更是锦上添花呀!总之是一道鲜香美味的下饭菜呦!尤其小朋友很喜欢吃😋😋 你喜欢的话不妨试一试~
