Homemade#2: "Chinese BBQ Pork" easily

It's me, Winnie, today I gonna introduce to you guys one of my homemade Asian food. This one is truly easier than the Cripsy pork belly for sure. This time is just about marination and grilling. It's named "Chinese BBQ Pork" which is very popular in Asia. And I'm sure that you can make it with the available ingredients in your kitchen.

For the ingredient, please prepare the list below. For the red food coloring, you can add or not by your favorite cause if you add the color then we finished the pork, it'll turn out a beautiful color for the meat. In my opinion, you can use garlic powder instead of minced garlic cause that can not be burned while grilling.

This time we will process in 4 steps. As usual, we have to wash it and rinse the pork. On choosing the pork we use in this recipe, I recommend you chose pork shoulder (should choose the one that has more fat on it)if you like pork belly it's okay. Because my refrigerator still has pork belly, I used that.
Step 2: you mix all the ingredients into a bowl and put the pork in. Please adjust the ingredients by your flavor. Cause this food is not too salty and will be a little bit sweet. So you can adjust into 1 1/2 tbsp sugar if you want. If you can't found hoisin sauce, add more 1/2 oyster sauce in. Then leave it in the fridge for 30 mins.
Step 3,4: Please reheat the oven at 200C and cover the whole pork with foil, it will help the pork still be juicy after grilling.
